Personalized training programs
What Are They?
Workout programs designed specifically for each client based on their specific goals and capabilities.
How Do They Work?
After the client contacts me about the program, they will receive a document to fill out with basic information about their goals, any potential injuries, training history, equipment availability, and other factors. This information will be used to create their personalized program.
How Long Do they Last?
Each program is designed to be executed over 3 to 6 weeks and includes either multiple routines per week or a single routine per week, depending on the client's training level and experience.

Videos for Each Exercise
Every exercise will include a technique video to ensure the client understands how to perform each movement correctly.
Training Guides
The programs comes with instructional videos covering the methods and components of the routine.
Nutritional Instruction
Each program includes a series of videos and documents on nutrition, which will be provided to the client to complement their training with optimal nutrition and achieve the best results.

During my 21 years of practice and study, thanks to extensive academic preparation, I have acquired the necessary scientific knowledge in training and nutrition to achieve real and substantial results. This has allowed me, together with the maximum discipline of some of my clients, to lead them to change their physiques, achieving Extremely impressive fat reductions, and since I have personally experienced it on my own body, I know well what is necessary to achieve it.
